Vugakoto hails from Daiviqele Village in Kadavu and is the youngest player in the Flying Fijians squad to the 2019 RWC. He plays for Naitasiri rugby and was selected into the Flying Fijians team in 2018, he made his debut against Samoa in june 2018. Tuvere is one of the six local players in the RWC squad which will be the young stars first RWC.
