Drua final round match- everything you need to know.

Our final NRC match against Queensland Country will be a heavyweight knockout stage and a game not to be missed as both team will be contesting for a spot in the final playoffs.

The two team last met in the 2018 NRC final in Lautoka where the Drua clinch the victory 36-26 winning their first NRC title.

Eventually one won’t make it to the final playoffs this year as the two team will be playing for a spot in the playoffs.

Queensland country sits at fourth place with 14 points in the standings while Drua is trailing behind in fifth place with 13 points and a win is crucial for both teams.

Drua didn’t start the season well but manage to get back into the contention after first few rounds when they pulled their first win over Sydney Rays 76-29.

Queensland Country head coach Rod Sheib said the Drua are in a similar space to them in terms of finals standings.

“so it’s a must-win game for both sides, not to mention a replay of last year’s grand finale.”

Fiji Drua takes on Queensland Country 3.00pm tomorrow 12/10/19 at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka.

Tickets are $10 Grandstand, $5 for embankment and $2 for children under 12.
