Matavesi represent Fiji U-20 side in 2008 and in 2009 the youngster was contracted by Exeter Chiefs before moving to Racing Metro and later joined Worcester Warriors in 2012. Matavesi made his debut for Fiji in 2009 test match against Scotland and he has 20 test CAPS for Fiji. He was included in Fiji’s 31 man squad for the 2015 RWC and this year’s RWC will be his second.
