Online Cialis (Tadalafil) AU

**Cialis (Tadalafil)** is a drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men.

The drug belongs to the group of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE-5). Inhibition of PDE-5 leads to an increase in the level of cGMP, a secondary messenger that causes relaxation of the smooth muscles of the vessels and cavernous bodies of the penis. This leads to an increase in blood flow to the penis and the appearance of an erection.

Cialis is indicated for use by men with ED to improve the quality of their sex life. The drug is effective in patients of different age groups.

**Dosage regimen**

The drug is taken orally regardless of food intake. Tablets are swallowed whole, washed down with a sufficient amount of water.

The recommended dose of Cialis is 20 mg per day. Depending on the efficacy and tolerability, the dose can be increased to 40 mg. The maximum recommended dose is 40 mg / day.

Patients whose sexual activity is limited to the morning hours can take the first dose of the drug in the evening of the previous day.

There are also forms of the drug with prolonged release of the active substance. The drug Cialis Soft is taken once a day, and the duration of the drug is 36 hours.

*Side effects*

The most common side effect is headache. It is observed in about 1 in 10 patients taking the drug.

Also common:

— dyspepsia (nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain);

— myalgia (muscle pain);

— back pain;

— nasal congestion;

— dizziness;

— hemorrhoids;

— diarrhea;

— allergic reactions.

Overdose

With a single dose of the drug at a dose of up to 120 mg, no side effects were noted.

To treat an overdose, it is necessary to wash the stomach, take activated charcoal, and conduct symptomatic therapy. Hemodialysis treatment is ineffective, since Cialis is not excreted by the kidneys.

In case of missing a dose

If less than 36 hours have passed since the patient was supposed to take the next dose of Cialis, the missed dose is not taken, and the next dose is taken at the usual time. If more than 36 hours have passed, then the patient needs to take the drug as usual.
