Bula Everyone,
Arrived in Seoul, Korea at 5:30 pm Korea time (8:30 pm Fiji Time). We left Nadi at 9:50 am.
FRU staff Bela Gade, Maritino Atonio as well as selector Manasa Bari, and physiotherapist Apakuki Misidani were there at the airport to see us off. They have been assisting coach Jo Savou in preparing the Digicel Fiji 7s team for the last two legs.
We haven’t won any of the last six legs and we will be looking to salvage some reward to finish off the HSBC World Sevens Series.
At the moment, we are at Incheon Airport in Seoul, South Korea waiting for six hours before we fly to Dubai and then straight to London.
The Fijian Army contingent were also on the same flight enroute to Sinai for their one year tour of duty. We wished them well before we parted inside the terminal.
Everything that needs to be said has been said. The boys can’t wait to get to London. Mesulame Talebula and Livai Ikanikoda are very excited to be on their first tour.
We arrive into Dubai early morning before we are connected right through to London Heathrow.
Until then,
aniao from Seoul.
