Our Boys in Europe 11 September, 2012 There were some one sided results in the Top 14 competition last weekend that our Fijian boys played in. Grenoble put 50 points against Mont De Marsan while Toulouse scored 60 against Agen. 

Timoci Matanavou added a second try to the season as Tolouse showed Agen why they are champions. Ilaitia Tagotago could only watch as they ran in seven tries. Tagotago has moved up from the Academy to the first team squad. 

Mont de Marsan, already facing an uphill struggle with Rabeni, Ryder and Baleinadogo were promoted this year and they are yet to record a point.

Metuisela Talebula got his first start for Bordeaux at N° 15, but they too were on the end of a convincing defeat at Toulon.

The best match probably was the Clermont/Racing Metro clash, where the Parisians came with a couple of points of ending the 44 game undefeated home records of the 'Jaunards'. 

The try that made the difference was from Napolioni Nalaga, the only try scorer.

At Biarritz, Jim Nagusa was on the wrong side of a referring decision that saw him receive a yellow card. 

In England
A second try from Vereniki Goneva in as many games helped Leicester see off Josh Matavesi's Worcester. Manu Tuilagi chipped in with a couple. 

Akapusi Qera came off the bench to score and ensure a 40-31 victory away to London Irish.

Sireli Naquelavuki came on in the second half for Exeter Chiefs but could not stop his team going down by a single point away to Northampton.

Netani Talei played his first match of the season for Edinburgh, and Deacon Manu helped the Scarlets to a win.
