Serevi Returns Home for 7s

Fijian 7s legend, Waisale Serevi is returning to the Coral Coast 7s, the premier Sevens tournament in the rugby crazy Fiji islands, after signing up with the organizers through his company Serevi Rugby this week.
This is as New Zealand's rugby legend, Jonah Lomu has decided to launch the tournament in Fiji's western town of Sigatoka.
The three year partnership sees Serevi Rugby provide all clothing, merchandise and sports equipment such as match balls to the tournament.
Serevi said to media he was thrilled to be joining forces with the Coral Coast 7s.
Rugby fans worldwide anointed Serevi the King of 7s and many young rugby fans continue to idolise him.
At the rugby tournament players and spectators are guaranteed a thrilling, fast-paced rugby sevens competition on Fiji's beautiful Coral Coast, a stunning location for the second annual Coral Coast Sevens tournament to be held in the Islands.
The tournament is expected to attract up to 15 international teams to Lawaqa Park on Nov. 15-17.
Twenty four premier teams are invited to battle it out in over 60 matches during the two day tournament, competing not just for the title but for the big prize money. The major prize of 30,000 Fiji dollars (17,000 US dollars) is up for grabs in what is sure to be a superb showcase of the speed and skill that is Fiji Sevens rugby.
The tournament will feature fierce competition on the field and a uniquely Fijian atmosphere off it.
Emphasis will be on fun and Fijian hospitality, with the locals extending a warm welcome to visitors to the Coral Coast for the event.
