Vodafone Fiji 7s Camp

The extended Vodafone Fiji 7s squad marched into camp this week and have been training at Uprising Resort in preparation for the upcoming Oceania and Dubai 7s.

10 players marched into camp with the rest of the players to join them next week after they finish their club commitments.

Vodafone Fiji 7s Team manager Ropate Kauvesi says that they have been assisting the new players with familiarizing themselves with the camp atmosphere which includes the meals and training schedules.

“The new players are adjusting well and have blended in with each other. This is a new environment for them and we are happy that they have managed to adjust themselves.”

Osea Kolinisau, Jerry Tuwai, Jasa Veremalua, and Apisai Domolailai will march into camp next week before the team for the Oceania 7s is named.

The Oceania 7s will be played on 11 and 12 of December at the ANZ Stadium in Suva, with the Vodafone Fiji 7s team expected to be named by next Thursday.
